Students whose Resident Status is about to expire should visit Sendai Regional Immigration Bureau for an extension.
Refer to the flowchart below for the detailed procedure.

A number of students have forgotten to submit their renewed residence cards.
Please be sure to bring it to the Student Support Section, or submit a copy via Google Form

【Application Flow】 >>Go to the second page for the Japanese version.

- You can apply THREE months before the expiration date
- Dean's seal is necessary on the application form (apply at Student Support Section)

【Additional Information】
When your graduation (program completion) will be extended, you may need to extend your period of stay depending on the length of the allowed period. In such a case, you may be asked to submit additional documents other than the regular application documents.
