Notice: Diploma and Certificates for Students Graduating in coming March

Dear Students at School of Science who are due to graduate in coming March,
Please follow the schedule below for Diploma and Certificates.

Your Diploma will be handed to you according to the following schedule for students at School of Science. The Commencement Ceremony will be held at Sendai Gymnasium in the morning. (The Ceremony will be for all the schools at Tohoku University, and a formal wear for the dress code.) |

| Date: | Wednesday, March 26, 2014 |
| Time: | Between 12:30 noon to 2:30 pm - if you miss this, pick up your Diploma at your Department Office later. |
| Place: | 1st Floor of the Cafeteria, Aobayama Campus - Those who obtained Teaching Certificate will also receive it with the Diploma. - Your student ID Card will be collected and will NOT be returned when receiving the Diploma. Make sure to obtain ALL the necessary Certificates from the Certificate Machine before then. |

| Graduation Certificate: | Apply directly at Student Support Section Window by Friday, March 14. |
| Academic Transcript: | Use the Certificate Machine before you return your Student ID Card. Your Latest Academic Transcript will be ready after Monday, March 3. |
| JR Student Discount Ticket: | You must present your Student ID Card at JR station when purchasing tickets. Make sure to purchase the tickets before you return your Student ID Card on March 26. |
