We are writing to inform you that the Study Room will move to 2 new places.

The starting date after the relocation is Tuesday, October 15, 2019.

Please see below information on the time to open and the way to use in each room.

The Campus Life support office (OASIS, Office for Assistance, Support and Information in the School of Science) remains at 3F, Science Complex(H-02) Room A 307. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■New places

①　Self-study & Study counseling Room  ( 2F, Science Administration Center(H-11) )

You can use this room for study by yourself or groups, and for a break.

・Open: 7:00am to 7:00pm (only weekdays)

・Equipment: desk, table, sofa, PC, printer, kitchen sink, microwave, hot water dispenser, teas, coffees, etc. You can use eduroam. ※Please make sure that there is NO bed in this room.

・You can eat and drink freely, but for other users, please refrain from bring something strong smelling into the room.

・In this room, TA support students on 3：00pm to 6：00pm, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

②　Study & Break Room ( 8F, Physics Building 825(H-26) )

You can use this room for study by yourself or groups, and for a break.

・Open: 6:00am to 9:30pm  (only weekdays)

・Equipment: desk, table, bed, etc. You can use eduroam.　※Please make sure that there are NO PC and printer in this room.

・You can eat and drink freely. Please make sure that there are NO kitchen sink, microwave, and hot water dispenser. And for other users, please refrain from bring something strong smelling into the room.
