The Kokudo Scholarship Foundation （国土育英会）has released its 2020 scholarship application information for international students.

◆ Eligibility:
- The applicant must be a regular undergraduate or graduate-level international student as of April 2020.
- The applicant should have obtained a 3.5 or higher of his/her GPA in the previous academic year.

*Those who have applied for another scholarship in the academic year of 2020 by Tohoku University recommendation are not eligible.

◆ Scholarship Amount:
100,000 yen/month

◆ Scholarship payment period:
From April 2020 to the completion of the course enrolled

◆ How to apply:
Prepare documents that are instructed in the guideline.
Submit all required documents in PDF to the Student Support Section, School of Science by the deadline.
