Dormitory Application for October 2022 (Application Closed)

Application for the university dormitories for international students has been open for October 2022.
If you are interested in applying, please read the application guide thoroughly and submit the documents as instructed below.

3. Application deadline
July 8, 2022 (Friday) (Deadline is strictly observed)


<Those who haven't entered Japan but already got the dormitory residency permission>
It is not necessary to re-apply for the dorm.
Their current room has been secured.
If it is certain that they won't move into the dorm by March 2023, please let us know.

<Notes:>
1) It is unlikely for current students to get approved for the dormitory.
If s/he still would like to apply, please keep in mind the risk of rejection before applying.
2) Whether s/he can extend their stay at the dorm depends on their residency period of the dorm. Please see page 4 of the application guide for details.
Those who don't meet the requirements for extension but are willing to continuously stay in the dorm can apply as a "new applicant," though with very little chance of approval.
Those who meet the requirements for an extension but fail to apply by the deadline may result in rejection; Please be sure to meet the deadline.
3) First day to move in is Monday, September 26. Moving-in is not allowed before that date.
4) As for FGL (AMC) and exchange programs (JYPE / DEEP / COLABS) students, the information regarding the dormitory application will be notified by Student Exchange Division, as well as IGPAS students by DiRECT.
