Purchasing "Gakuto Sendai Free Pass" becomes more convenient!

From April 1, 2023, submitting the Commuter Certificate（通学証明書）is NOT necessary for purchasing a special student commuter pass "Gakuto Sendai Free Pass". What you need is only to show your Student ID card at the ticket counter when purchasing a new pass.
Please note that those who use the regular student commuter pass（区間通学定期券）other than the "Gakuto Sendai Free Pass", which are the limited area pass such as between Aobayama and Sendai Station, passes for the JR train and Miyako bus, still need the Commuter Certificate and Student ID card for purchasing a new pass as before.
The Commuter Certificate for Science students can be issued at the Student Support Section Counter at the Aobayama Campus.
