(Application Deadline: January 15) Dormitory Application for April 2025

Application for the university dormitories for international students has been open for April 2025.
If you are interested in applying, please read the application guide thoroughly and submit the documents as instructed below.
1. Application form (either one)
・［Form 1-1, 1-2］Application Form (for new applicants)
・［Form 0］ Application for an extension of stay (for extension applicants)
2. How to submit
January 15, 2025 (Wednesday) (Deadline should be strictly observed)
<Those who haven't entered Japan but already got the dormitory residency permission>
Your room is reserved. However, please let us know if you would like to cancel the dormitory or withdraw the enrollment.
<Notes>
・The first day to move in is Wednesday, March 26, 2025. You can move in on that date or later (weekday only).
