Language Exchange Meeting (Nov. 21) & Looking for Group Members!
DiRECT is looking for new members to join our "Language Exchange" group activities, restarting next month with new groups! Why don't you help Japanese students in English, while enjoying conversation or being helped in your Japanese learning? Enjoy friendly communication with Japanse students!
Also, the Language Exchange "Meeting" is scheduled on Friday, November 21, where you can expand the network with the current members through fun games, delicious snacks, drinks and etc. Let's have fun together!
◆◆Language Exchange (Group Activity)◆◆
1.Groups
DiRECT staff will form groups of about five people
with international and Japanese students.
*The first meeting with the new group members will be arranged
from December 1 (Mon) to December 3 (Wed).
2. PeriodThe activity is expected to last about six months (December-May,2026). We will ask you in May,2026 whether you would like to continue for the next period, June to November.
3. Date, frequency, and place of activities
The group members are free to choose them. (Some groups meet on campus during the week, while others meet in the city or at members' homes for tea and meals on evenings and weekends. Once or twice a month seems to be the average.)

Don't worry about whether or not you will participate in the upcoming "Language Exchange" group activities. Join us for a celebration of language, culture, and connection!
◆ Date - 21st November 2025 (Fri)
◆ Time - 16:30 - 18:00
◆ Venue - Lounge on the 2nd floor of the CO-OP Building, Aobayama campus
◆ Contents - Icebreaking, games, introducing each group's activities, etc.
