via the form below within a month after their enrollment to the school.

Information acquired through this registration form will be used for student services and immigration control. 登録フォームを通じて収集した情報は、学生支援及び在留管理等に利用します。
Tohoku University handles personal information and takes all precautions to protect in strict compliance with laws, ordinances, and policies related to handling of personal information. 東北大学は個人情報の取り扱いに関する法令及び規定に基づき個人情報を厳密に取扱い、個人情報保護に万全を期しています。
The School of Science, Tohoku University may outsource some administrative works such as Emergency Secure Plan (ESP)to third-party companies and disclose your personal information to them in compliance with Tohoku University Personal Information Protection Policy if necessary for implementation of their duties. 理学研究科・理学部は「緊急時安心プラン（ESP）」等の業務を外部業者に委託し、その契約の履行のため業務引受会社に対し「東北大学個人情報保護規定」に基づき個人情報を開示することがあります。
