　7月4日～6日の3日間にわたり、東北大学理学部青葉サイエンスホールにて、東北大学知の創出センター主催の「知のフォーラムワークショップEarth and Planetary Dynamics：Planetary Science and Space Exploration」を開催致しました。国内外から、惑星科学分野の最前線でご活躍されている先生方をお招きして、はやぶさ、スターダスト等のサンプルリターンミッションに関して研究成果等をご講演頂きました。現状理解の整理と今後の研究展開を模索することのできた、大変有意義なワークショップとなりました。

We held the " International Workshop - Earth and Planetary Dynamics: Planetary Science and Space Exploration" sponsored by the Tohoku Forum for Creativity at Tohoku University, from 4th July to 6th July, at Tohoku University Faculty of Science Aoba Science Hall. We invited researchers who are active in planetary science and space exploration research fields. And we had them give a speech about research results related to the "Hayabusa" and "Stardust" sample return missions.
We were able to explore the current state of understanding and future research plans about planetary science through this workshop.
