This is the monthly signing deadline and payment schedule for the MEXT Scholarship and MEXT Honors Scholarship (gakushu shoreihi) in the Academic Year 2025 (April 2025 to March 2026).
Please note the following to ensure you receive your monthly stipend:

◆You must meet the primary deadlines shown in the table below.It is strongly recommended that you visit the Student Support Section within the first three business days.
<Each deadline is by NOON. Do not miss it.>

・If you find you cannot meet the primary deadline, inform the Student Support Section beforehand.

・If you miss the primary deadline, the payment will be postponed.
・If you fail to sign at least once in the month (by the final deadline, usually the last weekday of the month, but earlier in September, December, and March), you will lose eligibility for that month's scholarship.

◆Bring your Residence Card when signing so staff can confirm your residence period.
