This is the monthly signing deadline and payment schedule for the MEXT Scholarship and MEXT Honors Scholarship (gakushu shoreihi) in the Academic Year 2025 (April 2025 to March 2026).

Please pay close attention to the following things to receive your monthly stipend:

◆Meet a signing deadline every month.
<The deadline at the Student Support Section, School of Science is NOON of the monthly signing due date!>

◆If you miss the signing deadline, the payment schedule cannot be made as planned.

◆Visiting the Student Support Section within the first three business days is preferable as a general rule. Please note that the signing deadlines, especially for September, December, and March, are scheduled shorter than other months, so we highly recommend you go to the section on the first day of the month.

◆If you cannot meet the deadline, inform the Student Support Section beforehand.

◆Make sure to bring your Residence Card when signing so the office can confirm your residence period.
