Dr. Oliver REISER from the University of Regensburg visited us on March 10 and 11, 2014. Dr. REISER organized a support system for funding and accommodations for short student stays in Germany just after the Great East Japan Earthquake, negotiating with the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the German Chemical Society and other scientific foundations. This fund assisted three students to visit Germany for short stays: Taisuke MATSUNO (supervised by Prof. Hiroyuki ISOBE) from Faculty of Science and Takuya ICHIKAWA (supervised by Prof. Masahiko YAMAGUCHI) and Yuichi MOMOI (supervised by Prof. Hidetoshi TOKUYAMA) from Faculty of Pharmatical Sciences.
