"What are Ultra-Faint Dwarf Galaxies and why should you care?"
by Rosemary Wyse (Johns Hopkins University)
Room 745, Science Complex B (MAP H-03)
Zoom registration for participants:
I will describe the observed properties of Ultra-faint dwarf galaxies and illustrate how these systems provide insight into diverse problems such as the nature of dark matter, nucleosynthesis (including elements beyond the iron peak), star formation and the relative numbers of stars of different masses.
